Researching and choosing the right wedding venue and vendors/suppliers can be tricky and overwhelming. Add our Venue and Vendor Sourcing Package to any of our other wedding coordination packages and let us take some of the stress off you when it comes to finding the right venue and/or vendors/suppliers. 

This package includes the following services:

• Wedding venue search and recommendations — We will provide the top 4 venues based on your desires, availability and budget.
• We will visit and tour each venue, meet with the manager, and put together information packages on each of them for you to review at your leisure. Venues will be based on guest capacity, catering options, ceremony location that we discussed during our meeting.
• Once you have narrowed down your 2 choices, we will set-up appointments for you to view the venues which will allow you to sit face to face with the venue and go over their contract and your options. We would not be present for these meetings with the venue.
• Wedding Vendor/Supplier Recommendations — we will help you hire the perfect vendors/suppliers for your big day based on your wishes. We have a great database of amazing vendors we would recommend. 
• We will gather and send you all the important information about that vendor to you to help you make the right decision on who to hire.

*We require all payments to SR Soirees be paid in full upon signing of contract. Vendors/suppliers to be paid directly by the happy couple, SR Soirees will not make any payments to venues or vendors/suppliers.*
